We’re proud to introduce the newest addition to the Mr. Jack team, Chef Robert Horvat, a chef with more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry and an impressive career spanning restaurants, hotels, and numerous successful culinary projects in Croatia and abroad.
Throughout his career, Robert has mastered a wide range of international cuisines, from Mediterranean, Italian, and French to Asian, Japanese, Thai, and Mexican. He is also widely recognised as an accomplished sushi chef and mentor to the next generation of culinary professionals. But more than his impressive résumé, Robert is defined by his passion for cooking, quality ingredients, and creating dishes that keep guests coming back.
At Mr. Jack, he brings fresh energy, exceptional expertise, and his own distinctive culinary style. We’re excited to create new dishes together, further elevate our menu, and deliver an even better dining experience to every guest.
